The Discovery of Truth
There's a large, very compelling argument to be made that fiat currency inhibits price discovery. When we balkanize or corrupt this money or create choke points, price discovery is not it's corrupted as well. And even though we often think about these as communist centralized government, right, themselves were in response to some kind of an incentive and an efficiency.
