There is probably 100 people on an even year that are helping make scale be what it is. The biggest challenge I would say is with any volunteer community project, it is a lot of curding of cats. When you run events for this long there is always adventures. There has been years when it is tiring and there is some burnout but we will get together with 3,000 people in a couple weeks and all the excitement will be back.
