Osteopathy never looks at movement in a vacuum, he says. If you've got gut issues or breathing issues, you will manipulate your musculoskeletal system to get as big an airway as possible. So if an anterior head posture person has a bigger airway and bad posture than they do in the posture that you'd rather see, guess who's going to win the airway? And we don't think that way.
