Law Students - Should They Be Able to File Internal Complaints Anonymously?
The fact that you're a student is not an additional factor granting you a right of anonymity. The same factors that create a right to anonymity anywhere else should apply in campus. If they tell other faculty members that you filed a complaint against them, you sort of get a reputation for being scary and difficult. That could affect your ability to get a recommendation from other law professors.
