Drink Spiking in the Night Clubs

Dawn says some countries are further ahead than others. She hopes it will result in a change in law to create a specific drink spiking offence. In australia, we heard yer that somebody had had their drink spiked. And you know what? The barman went and told the manager. They said, throw all the drinks away. They've replenished everybody's drink. They made a huge issue out of it. We need venus to be onside. It's the people that are going in the venu. This is a crime that should not be swept under the carpet.We need policies in place, procedures in place. Let's get posters up. Let's
