The Open Telemetry Project and the Azure SDK
There's a lot of third party products out there that do telemetry or does open telemetry allow you to use those as sources and then pull them together. You could just use those instrumentation libraries that are available from those frameworks. They could be built into the framework or could be a dedicated package and you can turn them on. Just by doing that, you're already collecting a bunch of information.
