The Unconscious and the Unconscious
I suppose a more positive use of the word unconscious would be when people sort of turn to the unconscious or somehow try to conjure or invoke it in order to get, you know, new ideas or maybe even to have a vision. The writer of novels will often say that the writers are starting to start to write themselves which I guess you could try and account for as if it's coming from there unconscious. But again, I do wonder whether it's still a bit of a post Nietzsche in flatland idea and the unconscious is being made to do work that before would have been called inspiration.
