How to Train for Power Endurance

One particular approach I think is often missed by climbers out there. One of the better ways of training for power endurance is to really address the duration element of the climbing that you're doing. If you're doing a route that is taking you 15 minutes to get to the top of it, if you take a training exercise which mimics the duration of your project but also matches the intensity - this is a good bang for buck.
