Is There a Deadline to Pay a Clean Claim?
There is generally no statute of when you're builled on something. A debt doesn't just go away because somebody hasn't billed you. You want to ask your insurer if there's a dead line from date of service till what's known they call in the industry a clean claim is submitted. What is the deadline that they will pay it? If, and this sometimes will vary by state, they may pay a clean claim a year late, up to two years late, or whatever.
