Don't Be a Jack, Be a Master of None

I think it comes down to when you look at the amount that those people get paid. And just the value that they have to the marketplace. There is definitely a market for people that can do it all, that they can film and do everything. But they're only literally doing one thing. Once you get good at that craft, they then comes back to what we talked about earlier. Finding other masters of that specific craft. That's pretty much the next step of the career. You've got to find that dream team who already have other skill sets as directors, writers, cinematographers.
