Are We Producing as Many as We Need to Produce?

The programme produces a cohort of students ready to go into these professions. But we always hear that there's not enough of us to actually fill these positions. We've got to increase the numbers in the most productive places, while helping other institutions learn how to produce any at all. I'm very proud of them but none of us can say we are producing as many as we need to produce.
