Some states talking about using this windfall to save for what will eventually be a post oil future. But as much as some of them would like to save, there's also going to be a very intense pressure to spend. Inflation in the six gulf countries is expected to peak at three point one % this year. So there is some pressure that is bubbling up to share this oil bounty with the public.
