How to Introduce Seller Financing to a Seller
Seller financing sounds great and in a lot of cases I really do believe it is the best scenario for both parties because so often sellers for whatever reason they want to get rid of a property but they don't want to pay taxes. When you know their pain point or their situation that's when you can really get creative and develop the financing to match what their situation is. It kind of just depends what you want to do is some fact finding of what situation is a seller in are they trying are they in a partnership where it's going to get a little sticky if they're doing seller financing.
