The Importance of Political Reform in the United States

There were a group like five very popular leaders in the universities that wanted to run for Congress. But the electoral system at the time didn't allow it. Once they got into Congress, they started to show all the problems that the Congress had. So people were more concerned about political privilege and therefore they could push for political reform  for the electoral system. They changed the binomial system for this proportional inclusive system.
