How to Plan a Routine for Injury Recovery

Routine should be adaptable to your injuries if I have an injury my routine shifts to this. If you work out with stability ball You'll notice you don't get sore. It builds very very strong and stable muscles it's extremely soft on the joints. Relaxed training would look like doing technique rolling one round flow rolling Not even rolling is okay. Why you can't train hard all the time. You're gonna get injured. You're going to feel fatigued progress is actually gonna slow down.
