You want to make it harder for people to take money from you. Dave Ramsey talks about people having cash rather than credit cards because when people spend cash, it's harder to do. Stick with the lists that you already have pre-approved in terms of your budget and don't go shopping. If it's not on the list, you don't buy it. It's a very simple habit, but it will pay dividends for the rest of your life. Don't cook your food. People live with the wrong people. And so never listen to people who are trying to do the same thing as you doing.
