Is There a Difference Between Haiti and Germany?

There's a huge difference then between like how much sovereignty Germany and France have for example versus like Haiti and Zambia. or even Iran you could say too because Europe certainly was very much interested in going back to the Iran nuclear deal and it was really the US that has been sabotaging that all this time but so these are long-standing complex and contestations I think that we're also enmeshed it right? So when we think about the trajectory of the future you know this is something that's been in motion since the Haitian revolution  the challenge to Western imperialism the project of establishing the material basis for sovereign reclamation.
