Phil Smith is editor of the Nash News, a newspaper based in California. He says he and his 15-member staff meet every Saturday for an editorial meeting. They talk about what upcoming events are happening; they also discuss news stories from around the community. "I try to figure out projects and articles that fit their specific genre," said Smith.
