Is There a Norm Against Chemical Weapons?
I'm glad there's a norm against nuclear weapons. Let's hope that holds in the ensuing months here, and chemical weapons. But what difference does it make to me, as a victim whether i get shot by a bullet or gased or radiated? I mean, it's still, you know, you see these tanks rolling into kov and people lying on the ground, shot in the back of their heads.
