How Do You Keep Your Stakeholders Informed?
I always like to up front, have a conversation around what is this research project? What are we trying to get at? What are our goals? And then making sure that i'm summarizing what i heard from them and sharing it back to them. So definitely, i won't be there every step of the way with all of them, but maintaining that same list so that they have some prior knowledge of the beginning of the middle and e end of the research.
