It's not just allowing people to use or consume. What we're providing them is to give them the space to actually be connected whenever they want to be connected, ur able to use which ever applications that are fit to the task that they want to do in an easier, a quicker way. And of course, if i t is looking at experience as a holistic view, from an overview, then they would be more proactive into finding problems,. and build a work around on solutions for them.
