Goggins Book Review

The show's first encounter with goggins was in the living with a seal book by jesse isler and that one had a tremendous impact on my running. But this book can't hurt me didn't have it quite the punch that um that even living with a Seal has had you know i think it's just from from probably over exposure to uh to goggins but  my one key takeaway from this book was to focus on your weaknesses, he says.
