Is Rapamisan a Small Mole Inhibitor of Emtor?
Rapamison is a small molecule inhibiter of emtor and it has ben shown, you know, in yeast and worms and flies and mice to extend life span. In mice, i would say now there are at least a dozen groups that have seen life span extension. And probably two dozen that have seen various health span metrics improved with rapamisan in mice. We still don't know to what extent will rapa mison, or other strategies for inhibiting emtor affect aging in people or in pet dogs,. But in mice at least, it's rock solid, crystal clear.
