"I don't know if the majority of the gay male community subscribes to being a feminine or feminine entity. It's just a tool in which people use so that they can identify and label," he says. "Because I wore the mask of masculinity, really, really tight to my face,. And I just would never let anybody see, but that's also really exhausting." He adds: "There's a mask of heterosexuality too... it's like, you know, playing the part of being straight".
