The Difference Between Shift Work and Sleep Efficiency?

i like the times, the few and far between times i have maintained a ten to six schedule. It's definitely easier to kind of, like max out your rim and deep sleep components. When you're younger, shift work has less of a detrimental impact than it does when you're older. If you are going to be on any sleep schedule, ideally you maintain that schedule for at least two weeks.
