Japan has gone far away than we have in articulating a clear objective for its China policy. I think Japan's objective is let's minimize the security risk that China poses and let's maximize the economic benefit that China can deliver. The effect of these things over time will be almost inevitably to have some downward pressure on Chinese economic performance.
