Do You Have a Phone First in the Morning?
Many of us, the first thing we do in the morning is look at our on. We're all a bit more reactive and a bit more knee jerk than i tink we used to be. I'd love people to think about a golden hour, first ting in the morning, where their phone is on airplane modes - if it's on at all. And notice how you feel at lunch time on the days where you haven't. Loots of things. Because these stress doses accumulate. So there's no one wayto deal with it.
