The Importance of White Supremacy
Ta-Nehisi Coates was fond of the word. He would use it a lot in his tweets, he says. And so now we're using this term white supremacy when what we really mean is racism. It's not something that anybody's doing on purpose with devious or hurtful intent. Maybe there'll be a time when we don't think of the Klansman, but we're not in that time.
