Premortum Fee in a Feedback Session?
Is there a role for the pre mortem in a feedback session? Or perhaps youre doing a three 60? I know that the feedback post three 60 is usually horrifying, right? It's like go to the resturant and throw up. And i find that when i rell play, that that fee back to me, typically allows me to deliver it in a way that's much better received and more influential. In fact, elisa, i have, like you, given feedback to people on countless occasions,. cause i love feedback.
