The Importance of Consistent Training

If the training is dialed incorrectly, your workouts shouldn't last more than an hour. The next big thing is that I've never seen a system that doesn't ignore certain types of training for very long or at least maintains it. No matter how you like to train, you're either doing repetition method, max effort or dynamics. There is nothing in between.
