I don't think I'm not sure that it's true that things have to get worse in the sense of any indicator that you could hardly be worse than the current polls. Fundamentally, whatever you think about the trust plan, Britain has come up against the markets and the markets have won. That is going to have a profound effect in terms of not only trust is room for manoeuvre now, but any government which follows. It's absolutely humiliating for Britain.
