The Importance of Intention in Apologies
The point of an apology is sometimes just to open up that line of communication and create some space where two people can discuss what happened. A simple I'm sorry to James my brighten up his entire day you know like complete shift in his face. The word sorry doesn't necessarily have to have such deep meaning to it. But with all of that being said after we've looked at the five apology languages it's interesting because we all define sorry's so differently.
