Non duality could be said to be the understanding that reality is a single, infinite and indivisible whole. From which every one and everything derives its apparently independent existence. So we feel im i am a separate self on the inside. I am separate from all objects, from all animals, from all others. And i am separate from the ultimate reality of the universe,. Whether we conceive that as dor or in whatever terms we conceive it.
