In men's cricket, the centre of gravity clearly has shifted to the subcontinent. And one other important aspect i found in your statisic document was the emphasis on women and girls spicking op cricket. We're talking about 50 % of our society here. And if you look at our australianr women's team to day, it's one of the most successful team of any sport on this planet. So we want to see that success at the alite level translated into increased participation at the grass roots. Once you have more girls playing cricket, you will have more female volunteers in the system as well as more female fans. This is how the eco system will develop further
