How to Compete With a Startup Founder

I think you respect the company more when you're outside of it competing against it. With Cisco specifically, I spent a fair amount of my time at Cisco wanting to do a startup. You develop an awful lot of opinions about what works and what doesn't work. So much of effective leadership has to be being consciously competent about super power.
