The Importance of Education in Education
I hope that encourages some folks out there who are kind of in that same place, maybe they're at the beginning of their careers. I think it's just really important for those that are considering education that your experience is worth a lot. The other thing that I found a challenge when I was teaching is when you go out into the field for clinicals because we did that at our college,. You can teach them best practice in a program but that doesn't mean they're being mentored when they go somewhere else.
