"It's a deeply cruel game but it is like very pointed in its cruelty," says designer. "The bloom lighting is just off the charts and so really if you're standing there with a minigun surveying these like concourses everyone looks like a potential target", he adds. 'If you don't hold mouse one and try not to kill a bunch of people it becomes like a really tough slog to get through'
