If you don't have that part of the brain lit up, but you behave as if it did, are you still behaving with love? You may not be from your brain's point of view. So I'm going to say from a utilitarian standpoint, no, you are not because the only reason you would do that is because somehow you are being served. Otherwise, you would not be a sociopath. You would actually be exhibiting love itself.
