Are You Seeing More White Collar Job Layoffs in Amazon?
Amazon laid off 10,000 jobs in the last quarter. The company has 1.5 million employees on its books. Some of it was a miscalculation of demand, but I think some of it is turning out to be bloated headcount. Amazon basically has two workforces, the blue collar workforce that employs at the fulfillment center and then the white collar workforce.
