Mark Zaid on the SEPA Act

Mark Zaid has represented people being charged with espionage act defenses. He's also litigated from the other side, SEPA issues. So he'll be joining us a little bit into the episode today to talk about that discussion. Mary: Why don't we start with the orders that came out from the Florida court and what we made of them? Mark: I have a really great story, which I'm going to try and fit in as to what happened there because it was shortly after I left the FBI and I was a defense lawyer.
