The West Coast Is the Comeback Kid of the Year

inventory is almost non-existent in Muncie. Maybe builders just aren't going there because there's not huge demand or because the city council has been tough on them. And so inventory is going to stay tight in those markets until the materials keep dropping. Or until, yeah, some builders incentivize to go there. But one interesting thing and across the board on all the metro cities, you know, Los Angeles is down 4%, San Francisco is down 12% Seattle is down 9%. These are big drops.
