In our culture today, we commonly think of work and play as opposites. By all accounts, hunter gatherers don't make this distinction. So what we want to do is have these great tips to create more what I call work play. People with plants in their offices are happier than those with no plants in sight. Another tip to create more work play in your daily life is to gamify your work day. And also lastly is to re-associate yourself with stress.
