Goggen, a Co-Founder, Was Asked to Step Away by His Co Founders

Goggen, one of the co founders, was in a prominent leadership roll an a couple years in to the founding, was actually asked to step away by his co founders. He still has a good relationship with aaron and octa, which is really fascinating to hear him talk about that. But they were growing extremely fast rate, and he felt that his leadership style wagus and other founders felt thathis leadership style was not equipped to be managing teams of dozens of people in a grown company. There was just a clash with the way he wanted to lead. And it didn't really click with the company culture.
