Mo: I feel like that one comes up a lot, especially with these like head of data type roles where it's like often they want to hire that person first and then have them build the team. In some cases they've done the opposite where they build the team and now been like, oh shit, we kind of need someone to steer the ship essentially. Do you think there are like pros and cons to the different styles or is it more like an evolution of their data team and what they're doing? Yeah. Well, I mean, I think it's appealing to different styles of leadership perhaps. And like neither is a better style necessarily. It may be better suited for different situations
