And so when you decide on these non negotiables, they are, by their very naturenon negotiable. You hire based on these, you fire based on these. These are the coarse spirit of the team. The more stringent the values, the easier it is to have a black and white example of this person means two out of three or one out of three but we only axcept three out of three.
