Espionage

Espionage is a covert pursuit. It's an ugly, open secret in the halls of diplomacy. Most sides don't really have laws against their guys doing something like assassination. So it's kind of like a i'm rubber your glue ation, you know what i mean? Or rules for thee, but not for me. The history of trade craft and the present remains a closely guarded secret. For a lot of nations...it's a game of smoke and mirrors with the mirrors as youset mat facing one another. And it becomes so complex sometimes that it's difficult to know who is actually working for whom in actuality. Much harder to extract resources when everything is stable.
