Since 2017, Michelle has supported more than one hundred executives and leaders in advertising, entertainment, law, academia, marketing, and the non-profit sector as well as multi-passionate entrepreneurs and innovators. Her clients have been promoted multiple times, shifted culture within their organizations, successfully launched new companies, and won numerous awards.
Prior to founding Michelle Pollack Coaching, Michelle served as a liaison and advisor to creatives, producers, and investors in the entertainment industry on award-winning Broadway productions such as Avenue Q and Baz Luhrmann’s La Boheme, and as a Creative Executive on television shows like The New Adventures of Old Christine, Without A Trace, and GREASE, LIVE!
