Is There a Requirement for Men to Take Their Faith Seriously?

There still is not a recognition that somebody should be an active, involved, enthusiastic, engaged, layperson in the life of their parish. Men especially have been terrible at this. It's almost like the problems that we've been talking about that have been in the practice of the faith has driven out the good men who take their faith seriously.
