What Is the Purpose of Catholic Education?
Madeline: Catholic education is a formative part of our lives. It's not just an academic experience, but it is a moral and ethical and social formation that we want the children to undertake. Do you have lots of kids who are not Catholic or even not Christian? Yeah, we do. A quarter to a third of the families are not Catholic. We celebrate those cultures and welcome them. And so we want the school to be a welcoming place for people to reconnect or to connect for the first time.
