Imagining and Sensing Awareness Filling the Chest
Sensing awareness filling the mid section of your body is youre inhabiting body and softening. As you let go, you might sense this next breath is received in a more spacious belly. Let there be an openness to the chest, inhabiting the chest, feeling your awareness filling the chest. Imagining and sensing that letting go, that unclenching, it can help sometimes to visualize and sens a smile spreading through the heart.
